Founded by philanthropist Alice Walton and opened to the public in 2011, Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art welcomes all to celebrate the American spirit in a setting that unites the power of art with the beauty of landscape. Exquisite, newly commissioned photography depicts Moshe Safdie's striking and graceful architecture, nestled in a creek bed fed by a natural spring. The connections between art and landscape are made through breathtaking views and vistas of the grounds and architecture, and intimate experiences with the artwork.
