Description

This exhibition catalogue presents a
meticulous selection of ‘illustrated’ works encompassing Picasso’s
entire career. Shining a light on this relatively unknown aspect of the
artist are some 200 illustrated works as well as some of his major
masterpieces, archival documents, films and extracts of recordings,
which together capture the inventive diversity and wealth of his oeuvre
and further underpins the major role Picasso played – and still plays to
this day – in art history.
